Rockall (AKA The Commonwealth of Rockall) is not a sovereign state, it is a micronation project.
The islet of Rockall and its surrounding waters have been claimed by the UK, Ireland, Iceland and Denmark respectively.
Rockall is also claimed by other micronations, however we have been unable to contact them. We mean them well and respect their claims.
Whilst it is possible to visit Rockall, we have no de facto control over it.
